  • I rarely question Nostradamus predictions.  It looks like his writings will be continue to be correct as Kim Jong Ill is trying to become the Third Anti-Christ & ignite World War III....(It will be  a bigger boom then John Madden could ever imagine).

  • Based on the articles and laws that I have read, an election will be held within 90 days. This is an opportunity for all the folks (extremely poor & extremely rich) in Gabon to cast their own opinion on who should be their representative leader.

  • I agree 100% with the Captain.  Each commercial ship near Somolia should now be self-sufficient in protecting themselves from Pirates.  However, I think it should be mandatory to have licenses, survaillance, and strict guidelines & regulations to prvent abuse of the weaponry.

  • Also, I just read that is was a 2-1 panel decision, making this more difficult to decide. If it was a 3-0 decision, then the procecuter would be on much better ground on the merits of this case.

  • This is a case of dealing with a human live rather than a court case fighting for money or a contract. Therefore, it makes this outcome more difficult to definitively to decide if he is guilty or not.

  • Normally, I'm against using weapons or force, but in a case of self- defence I would make an exception. For assurance of safety, registration of ammunition and recording of any violent events should be well documented for harborage.
